We're looking for a sharp, hands-on team member who can wear several hats. You'll be involved in estimating new work, coordinating active projects from kickoff through punch list, and supervising field crews to ensure quality and schedule. This is a key position with direct impact on how the company grows.

• Prepare detailed estimates and material takeoffs for architectural sheet metal scopes
• Review drawings and specs to identify scope, exclusions, and clarifications
• Coordinate project timelines, material deliveries, and subcontractors
• Supervise field crews and ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations
• Communicate directly with GCs, architects, and property owners
• Track job progress, spot conflicts early, and drive resolution
• Identify, document, and submit change orders as needed
• Maintain job site safety and enforce company standards
